This is a brightly polished stainless steel version of the Focus Tritok R51 razor, weighing in at a hefty one hundred and thirteen grams.    It is made in Milan, Italy from 316 Stainless Steel.
For the time being, you’re looking at a very limited production razor!
This razor has a unique angle of incidence of blade to skin, as well as the setup of the blade exposure beyond the plane created by the head cap to guard bar.   You are *supposed* to use pressure on this head to create cutting action!   As such, it is truly a unique DE razor, and one that requires some learning to get to cut at all, but you can go over and over the same areas (keep lathering!) without the irritation you'd associate with any other DE razor in the world.
The native cutting angle of the blade to skin in the Tritok series is set up to be 25°, lower than all other DE razors produced today, and the series thereafter varies by the design of the guard bar.   Here on the #61 (#51 on the aluminum model), the guard bar is flat and tightest to the blade.  There is nothing you can do to make this razor cut aggressively, due to the unique orientation of the cutting edge to the handle and to the guard bar.
