Sweat wear and staining on the chin trap, some rust stains on the backside bolts and sweat wear on the black inside padding which is a bit loose after hitting the ice from so many fights that year. This helmet was obtained directly from the team in 2009 when Carcillo switched to a different manufacturer. Great item for any fan of Carcillo, who played for the Coyotes, Flyers, Blackhawks, Kings and Rangers before retiring in 2016 due to concussion problems. He is among several ex-NHL players suing the league over the concussion issue now.
